The 2-Hour Drugs and Alcohol Awareness training class presents workers with an orientation on drug and alcohol dependence disorders and the effects of these disorders on people, primarily in the workplace. Topics covered include the hazards of being under the influence in the workplace, as well as the warning signs to watch for that may indicate if someone may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The course will explain the effects of drugs and alcohol use on both construction job sites and personal lives.
